About Us

The Institution of Commercial & Business Agents (ICBA) has been set up by the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) to support the distinct professional needs of agents specialising in the commercial sector.

Under the ICBA banner, CPD courses, nationally recognised qualifications and professional training programmes are being developed to meet the changing needs of commercial agents in their increasingly complex business environment.

ICBA’s courses at all levels are intended to set the standard for training in commercial agency, and the qualifications have been designed to confer genuine professional status and to help specialist commercial agents to position themselves as experts in their field. ICBA is also being developed to offer its members a range of other benefits, including events and networking opportunities.

ICBA is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).
