Commercial Rent Reviews

Course L2:01

Commercial rent reviews provide the opportunity for landlords and/or tenants to re-appraise their rental commitment under a tenancy agreement. This second tier course considers the contractual arrangements, valuation arguments and dispute resolution procedures which are regularly employed.
