Course L2:10

A second tier course building upon the foundations of Business Tenancies course (L1:04). This course will look in more detail at the workings of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and consider practical tactics in the renewal process.

Useful Pre-Requisites: Course L1:04 (Business Tenancies), Course L2:01 (Commercial Rent Reviews) and Course L2:03 (Commercial Valuation Techniques)
