Business Transfer Valuation

This course will explore the basics of business transfer valuations from both a valuer’s and accountant’s standpoint. It will look at business transfer valuations in terms of traditional and more advanced techniques.

Useful Pre-Requisites: Course L1:09 (Commercial Property Overview) and Course L2:12 (Legislative Requirements of Managing Properties)
