Course L2:04
It is estimated that in 2005, the commercial property
market turned over in excess of £ 35 billion, much of which required
funding from sources other than equity. This level 2 course looks at the
range of finance options available along with the Government’s heralded
Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
