Repairs & Dilapidations

Course L2:09

An extension course which leads to a greater in depth understanding of how the liabilities for repair, maintenance and decoration can be managed over commercial property. The use of s.146 notices and handling claims for failure to repair will be looked at in some detail. The provisions of s.18 Landlord and Tenant Act 1927 (LTA 1927) will be considered.
