Planning Applications & Appeals

Course L3:01

An advanced course which looks at the planning process and myriad of Government regulations, guidance and codes including the Planning and compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The course will also consider how to make an application, of negotiating on the application and handling planning, gain provisions, impact assessments and appeals.
