Roles & Duties of the Expert Witness

Course L3:02

A high level course for those who have a strong practical experience in commercial real estate. The roles and duties of the expert witness will be looked at including taking on instructions, drafting submissions and appearing in court/tribunal with particular emphasis on rent review and lease renewal cases.
