Dealing with Leases

Course L3:07

This course looks at the framework of leases in connection with first drafting, looks at interpretation and why things can go wrong. It looks at the conveyancing process and precedents building on both the level 1 and 2 courses in connection with lease renewals, rent reviews and service charges.

Useful Pre-Requisites: Course L1:04 (Business Tenancies), Course L2:01 (Commercial Rent Reviews), Course L2:02 (Commercial Service Charges) and Course L2:06 (Lease Renewals: Advanced Matters)
