Corporate Grades of Membership:
Membership of the The Institution of Commercial & Business Agents is open to individuals practising in Commercial & Business Agency who accept the nstitution’s aims and rules.
Fellow
Applicants must hold the NFOPP Diploma in Commercial Property Agency or a comparable, nationally recognised, qualification approved by the Association for membership. In addition the applicant must have at least 5 years experience in estate agency and be able to provide details of this.
Subscription fee £175.00 per year
Member
Applicants must hold the NFOPP Technical Award in Commercial Property Agency, or a comparable, nationally recognised, qualification approved by the Association for membership.
Subscription fee £175.00 per year
Student Grade Membership:
Student
This grade of membership is open to individuals who are yet to achieve a suitable qualification for membership e.g. those working towards the NFOPP Technical Award in Commercial Property Agency. The Student grade of membership is not available to company Principals, Partners or Directors.
Subscription fee £115.00 per year

Rules of Conduct &
Code of Practice and the
NFoPP Memorandum & Articles of Association carefully before submitting an application. All applications are subject to a £50 application fee. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances and should be provided separate to the subscription fees.
